This patient received breast augmentation through the transumbilical “through the belly button” approach with 525 ml implants placed under the muscle. Despite the much droopier right breast prior to surgery, Dr. Hughes was able to equalize this breast. The postoperative photo shows dramatic improvement on the operating table with the patient sitting up.
