These patients were taken by an out-of-state patient of Dr. Hughes and sent to Dr. Hughes.  She was obviously very impressed with the final result and was eager to show those results.  The patient underwent liposuction of the abdomen, sides, lower back, flanks, and bra rolls with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips (Brazilian buttlift, BBL).  This patient was obviously very thin with little available fat, but Dr. Hughes was able to find every little morsel and put it to good use.  This is definitely one of the finest results you will ever see in any gallery from any surgeon in any country.
