This patient complained about skin laxity of the buttocks and a slightly longer buttocks.  The inferior buttock lift reduces skin laxity and tightens the buttock skin.  The incision is placed within the skin fold at the bottom of the buttocks to help conceal the scar.  The results can be very impressive and this procedure can be combined with the Brazilian buttlift or buttock implants to improve projection and buttock size as well.
