This patient did have some drooping or ptosis of the breasts and was a borderline breast lift patient.  Dr. Hughes placed 520 cc high profile gummy bear implants for this breast augmentation patient in such a fashion that the patient avoided a lift and has a very nice symmetric and lifted appearance.
