Dr. Hughes in Los Angeles shows before and after photos after liposuction 360 (abdomen, sides, and back) and Brazilian buttlift (BBL).  This particular patient was thin, but Dr. Hughes was able to liposuction enough fat to get a noticeable increase in buttock roundness and fullness.
