Patients frequently show Dr. Hughes pictures and tell Dr. Hughes what they like.  For instance, this patient wanted the posterior thighs suctioned aggressively and she wanted a very defined buttock line or cuff at the inferior aspect of the buttocks.  This is really a matter of desire or taste.  Some patients want no cuff at all and some only want a hint of that definition.  Whatever is desired, Dr. Hughes will endeavor to achieve.
