This patient was a very large framed patient who had had many previous procedure including tummy tuck, liposuction, and Brazilian buttlift.  Dr. Hughes in Los Angeles removed more fat from the abdomen, sides, and back while improving the buttock projection and hourglass figure in this revision patient.
