Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD frequently performs breast augmentation with silicone implants and corrects breast droop and breast asymmetry at the same time as in this case.  Dr. Hughes did not have to make the scars associated with a breast lift in this case.  Instead, Dr. Hughes was able to creatively place the silicone implants to improve both asymmetry and breast ptosis or droop.
