Notice the roundness of the breasts and symmetry of the breasts.  The scar placement is always symmetric, but healing is always going to be a factor in the quality of the scars.  Dr. Hughes provides very specific postoperative instructions to help patients form the most favorable scar.  It is imperative to follow these instructions so that incisions do not open and so that scars do not widen.
