This profile view of the previous patient shows the increase in breast projection and the lift that can be achieved with breast augmentation.  Dr. Hughes can perform breast augmentation in some patients with a great deal of breast ptosis (breast droop) without even performing a lift.  This has the advantage of not placing additional scars on your breast for the lift procedure.
