Dr. Hughes performed this breast augmentation on markedly asymmetric breasts after previous augmentation.  Notice the marked improvement in fullness, breast shape, and breast symmetry.   The scars after this breast enhancement revision are not noticeable.   She elected to have saline implants of 600 ml placed under the muscle.
