This patient had a much droopier left breast which leaned out to the left.  Notice in the postop picture how much greater symmetry the patient has in addition to the greater fullness.  Dr. Hughes placed a 375 ml moderate profile saline implant in a submuscular plane through a transumbilical approach (through the belly button).
