Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD in Los Angeles was able to perform only breast augmentation with silicone implants for this patient who was a candidate for a breast lift.  This is a very tricky procedure and most results from these attempts by other surgeons result in a snoopy or waterfall deformity or a double bubble deformity.
