Breast Reconstruction and Breast Deformity Correction Photos - Case #3781

Patient Case #3781

This patient had a great deal of constriction and droop preoperatively. The patient chose a transumbilical approach for breast augmentation (through the belly button). Notice the absence of scars on the breast. A submuscular approach was chosen to give a more natural takeoff at the superior aspect of the implant and to provide better camouflage for the implant. She opted for saline augmentation with 575 ml implants.
Dr. Hughes created a result that is natural and symmetric even with very large implants and very challenging preoperative anatomy. Dr. Hughes created breasts with more fullness in the midline and breasts that are lifted and with better projection. Dr. Hughes’s attention to detail allows him to take breasts, which are far from ideal or round and create round, full breasts.
