This patient had a periareolar breast augmentation by another surgeon. However, as one can see in the preoperative views, the patient had a great deal of asymmetry and a left breast with much more droop. It also fell to the left. Dr. Hughes performed removal and replacement of the silicone implants with revision of the pockets. He did not have to perform a lift. The scars are not noticeable, and the symmetry is dramatically improved.
