Earlobe Reduction. This patient had large earlobes and wanted these lobes reduced, while maintaining a natural look.  Dr. Hughes was able to reduce the size of the earlobes to the degree that the patient desired.  Note that this patient’s earlobes were reduced by 2/3 of their original sizes.
