This patient underwent facelift and necklift with facial fat grafting.  She has improvement in the jawline, neck, and jowls as well as an improvement in skin quality and texture.  She also underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery as well.    Her brows were not altered by Dr. Hughes as she already has highly arched brows.
