This patient underwent a tummy tuck with mommy makeover.  The result is natural with a dramatic improvement in hourglass figure.  Notice the natural belly button and the well placed scar.  These surgeries are executed very precisely to produce the best possible figure improvement with the best possible scar placement.  Admittedly, scar quality is a function of the healing characteristics of the patient, which is not under the control of the surgeon.
