Dr. Kenneth Hughes, MD in Los Angeles was able to transform this rhinoplasty patient had an asymmetric, bulbous tip with wider, asymmetric nostrils.  The tip was refined and the symmetry was improved with a closed rhinoplasty.  Overall facial balance was greatly improved.
