This was a relatively straightforward closed rhinoplasty that involved bridge or hump reduction and tip elevation. Though this is an early result, it is helpful for patients to see that at one or 2 weeks postop, the nose is improved and the swelling is not particularly pronounced. Most of Dr. Hughes’s patients can return to work after the splint is taken off due to careful, minimal dissection techniques and closed rhinoplasty expertise.
